Glenn Bell is a true champion of manufactured home owners. For too long the elderly, poor, and disabled have been victims of a City who doesn’t give a damn if they railroad these people- just so their wealthy developer friends can bleed them to death financially. The laws surrounding these parks are complex and only a small handful of private attorneys know them- certainly not any city lawyers. Glenn Bell knows these laws like the back of his hand and has been fighting for people’s rights for years.
